Our fun weekend with Unkie Nate and Aunt Sandy

Mommy and Papi's friends were out to this past weekend visiting. It just happened that it was the weekend we moved too, so they were so helpful!

I found two new best friends. They are so much fun!! Nate made me giggle and giggle and giggle some more and I was so sad to see them leave.

Here are some fun pictures for you. We went to the Statue of Liberty and everything! It was my first ride on a ferry - I liked it a lot!

And, I've also included two pictures of me helping Mommy clean up our new kitchen. I really really like my new room. I'll share pictures of that soon!

Mommy Brag

I am so proud of my Silly Girl, so I had to butt in on Sophia's blog and post some of her recent accomplishments!

• We're working really hard at keeping things bilingual with Sophia so that she's learning both languages...Well the other day she was counting 1,2,3,4,5 and then switched over to Spanish to finish up to 10 - I was so impressed that she had put that together and already was thinking in both languages!!
  

• Friday we were at Grandma's house and she was looking at the calendar of herself that we made for them for Christmas and when she saw a picture taken last year of her at the park with Papi, she looked up at me and said "member?" and then grabbed my hand and heading off toward the door wanting to go back to the park...and we didn't get to the part a whole lot as a family last year...so I was impressed by her memory! :)

• Without us telling her that Abuela = Grandma...she figured it out. My mom has this "Grandma" book that she and Sophia read together all the time...well a couple times ago, she would point at some of the pictures and say "Ama" and some of the pictures she would say "Abuela" Again...pretty impressed
  

• And...last but not least :) she is finally saying her name!!! she calls herself "phila" LOL not sure where the "l" came from, but it's cute nonetheless.

Dressed for the Super Bowl

I dressed up to cheer on the Patriots for the Super Bowl and they still didn't win!
Thankfully Mommy got some cute pictures of me she wanted to share and I said it would be ok! :)

hello New Jersey!

That's right - we are moving in a couple of weeks to a nice 2 bedroom apartment over in NJ! We are very excited to have so much more room and I'm super excited about a backyard and my very own bedroom!!!
